OKwishing Shipping Policies
How does OKwishing ship your order and how long does it take to ship?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order. All your order information can be tracked in your account. Click My Account-My orders to confirm your order status. The form will contain the shipping number and tracking information for your parcel. The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you.
The total delivery time is the sum of the Processing time and the Shipping time.
Processing time: The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.
Shipping time: The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.
We guarantee most of countries can be delivered in 7-15 working days, except for some heavy goods or large electrical equipment, which may need Dangerous Goods Testing before delivering. All items sold at okwishing.com are guaranteed to be delivered in 30 days (60 days for Brazil, Ecuador, Venezuela, Argentina, Bolivia, Peru, South Africa).
If you have not received your item(s) beyond this time, you are eligible for a full refund after we have conducted a postal investigation.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
• Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
• Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, and war;
• Any un-insured order that is lost or stolen;
• Delays in delivery caused by any other beyond OKwishing's control, such as public holidays and Customs issues.
Where can we deliver the package to?
We can ship to most countries in the world.
Countries not shipped to include: South Sudan, Palestine.

What is the shipping cost?
The price depends on the weight of product, the origin, the destination, the shipping method and warehouses, and other considerations. Detailed pricing information is visible when placing an order. We guarantee free shipping for products under five kilograms, but the flat rate of shipping fee will be charged over five kilograms (included). The shipping fees are different, depend on the destination.
About customs tax
Taxes may apply for imported goods/services and is regulated by the country law. OKwishing is not responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products. Shipping rates are estimates and may depend on different policies and tax rates applied per country. Please contact local customs for clarity and information.
